Well... today we head to San Francisco for the evening.

We are packed and only have to clean up a bit before we head out.  Lauren and Indy are set to move in today and I am trying to figure out how to insert pictures...GRRR!  I know its supposed to be easy... but honestly?  52 hoops later and I still cant find the darn picture I want for you all to see.  How can I get my poetic creative juices going...if I can't show you some soppy and sappy picture!?

And this is where the day begins... here with Stanley who spoons with me and Johnny every night.  Now, Lauren will have to take our place for a bit.  Look at his calm little face.  He loves the covers!

Last night we celebrated our bon voyage with a burrito bash and s'mores- compliments of Charlotte.  I am so proud of my kids.  This year Andrew threw his first Birthday party on Friday complete with 30 people who chipped in to pay a $468.00 bill!  So what makes that amazing????  When I counted it all up- everyone had chipped in the right amount!  How often does that happen??????  Then, to top it off, last night Charlotte throws a potluck!  Again, without fail, all required ingredients were brought and everyone had a blast!  The best part: Char is currently cleaning up the outside chairs without complaint!

I am ready, I am at peace, I love my family and can't wait to have this adventure.  I am thankful to all the neighbors and friends who will watch over our home and Stanley so that we can have this adventure.  It feels nice to know that my home will be full and enjoyed even while we are gone.
